Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Captain Dost One handles information when you use the Android app, the Captain Dost website, and support channels. Captain Dost One is an independent product and is not affiliated with third-party ride or delivery platforms.

Information we process

• Account information: your Google account email and Clerk user identifier, used for sign-in and administrator approval.
• Access information: your approval status, selected access duration, and expiry time.
• Device information: a randomly generated installation identifier used only to enforce the one-device-per-account rule.
• Support information: messages and screenshots you voluntarily send through Captain Dost Telegram support or by email.
• Local app settings: your chosen fare-range settings, stored on your device.

Android Accessibility Service

If you choose to enable the Android Accessibility Service, the app processes visible on-screen information on your device to provide its configured functionality and applies your saved settings. Do not use the app where doing so would violate another service's terms, safety rules, or applicable law. Captain Dost One does not request your third-party account password or payment credentials.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate your account, protect against account sharing, show access status, administer approvals, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Google provides sign-in. Clerk provides authentication. Cloudflare provides website and application infrastructure. Supabase stores administrator approval audit records. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and approval records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and audit purposes. You may request account review or deletion through Captain Dost Telegram support or by email. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Security

We use signed application releases, authenticated server requests, access controls, and one-device registration to help protect the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your own device and Google account secure.

Children

Captain Dost One is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are below the age required to enter a binding agreement where you live.
