Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Captain Dost One, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Independent product

Captain Dost One is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party ride, delivery, driver, or mobility platform. References to other services do not imply a partnership.

Your responsibilities

• You must use the app only where it is lawful and permitted by the terms and safety policies of the services you use.
• You remain responsible for every ride, booking, acceptance, cancellation, message, and decision made through your accounts.
• You must not use the app while it would make driving unsafe, distract you, or breach a road-safety obligation.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your Google account and phone secure.

Access and approvals

Access is granted at the administrator's discretion and may be pending, time-limited, expired, suspended, or revoked. One account can be registered to one phone at a time. An administrator may reset a device registration after reviewing a legitimate replacement request.

No guarantees

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific ride availability, income, acceptance result, service continuity, compatibility, or outcome. External apps and their interfaces may change at any time.

Prohibited use

Do not reverse engineer, misuse, interfere with, resell, share accounts, bypass access controls, or use the service to violate laws, platform rules, or another person's rights.

Updates and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website to improve security, fix defects, or meet legal and operational requirements. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captain Dost is not liable for indirect loss, lost earnings, account action by another service, or loss caused by your use of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
